Workflow 1. Analyze the transcript: identify the main topic, subtopics, 5-7 key insights, memorable quotes, statistics, guest credentials, target audience, actionable advice, and timestamps. See references/component-specs.md section 1. 2. Write the SEO-optimized blog post (1200-2000 words, H1 with keyword, meta description, H2/H3 structure, quotes, CTA). See section 2. 3.
