apiary
Apiary integration. Manage Organizations, Users, Goals, Filters. Use when the user wants to interact with Apiary data.
Why this skill is useful
Adds specific Membrane CLI commands for managing Apiary integrations that the AI wouldn't reliably generate on its own.
What it needs
Requires @membranehq/cli installed locally. Requires membrane account access. About 3k tokens when loaded. Last updated 2026-04-28. 253 stars on the source repository.
What this skill does
Apiary Apiary is a collaborative API design and documentation platform. It allows developers to design, prototype, and test APIs using the API Blueprint language. It's used by teams to streamline the API development process and create consistent, well-documented APIs. Working with Apiary This skill uses the Membrane CLI to interact with Apiary. Membrane handles authentication and credentials refresh automatically — so you can focus on the integration logic rather than auth plumbing. Install the CLI Install the Membrane CLI so you can run membrane from the terminal: First-time setup A browser window opens for authentication. Headless environments: Run the command, copy the printed URL for the user to open in a browser, then complete with membrane login complete <code>. Connecting to Apiary 1. Create a new connection: Take the connector ID from output.items[0].element?.id, then: The user completes authentication in the browser. The output contains the new connection id. Getting list of existing connections When you are not sure if connection already exists: 1. Check existing connections: If a Apiary connection exists, note its connectionId Searching for actions When you know what you want to do but not the exact action ID: This will return action objects with id and inputSchema in it, so you will know how to run it. Popular actions Name Key Description --- --- --- Set Styleguide Assertions set-styleguide-assertions Fetch Styleguide Assertions fetch-styleguide-assertions Publish API Blueprint publish-api-blueprint Get API Blueprint get-api-blueprint List APIs list-apis Running actions To pass JSON parameters: Proxy requests When the available actions don't cover your use case, you can send requests directly to the Apiary API through Membrane's proxy. …
